By signing up for Just Engage AI, submitting a form on our website, or receiving a call from Jenny (our AI calling assistant), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Just Engage AI provides AI-powered calling solutions designed to help life insurance agents convert leads into appointments. Our services include:
- Automated outbound calling to Facebook leads and existing lead lists
- Live call transfers to agents when leads are ready to engage
- Automated appointment booking directly into your calendar
- 24/7 lead follow-up and engagement
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using Just Engage AI, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration & Access
To access our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. Consent to Contact
By submitting your contact information through our forms or website, you expressly consent to receive:
- Automated phone calls from Jenny, our AI calling assistant
- Text messages and emails related to our services
- Marketing communications about Just Engage AI products and services
You understand that consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by contacting us or following unsubscribe instructions in communications.
6. Subscription Plans & Pricing
6.1 Plan Selection
Just Engage AI offers multiple subscription tiers. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website at justengage.ai.
6.2 Billing
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
6.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, all fees are non-refundable.
8. Cancellation & Termination
8.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
8.2 Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Just Engage AI if you:

- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Misuse our services in any way that harms our business or other users
9. Use of AI Technology
Jenny is an AI-powered assistant. While designed to sound natural and human-like, you acknowledge that:
- Jenny is not a human agent but an artificial intelligence system
- AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be perfect
- You are responsible for reviewing and managing leads generated by the AI
- We continuously improve Jenny's performance but do not guarantee flawless operation
10. Lead Data & Privacy
10.1 Your Lead Data
When you upload lead lists to Just Engage AI, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to contact these leads
- The data was obtained in compliance with all applicable laws
- You have obtained any necessary consents for automated calling
10.2 Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.3 Data Processing
We process lead data solely to provide our services. We do not sell your lead data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Compliance with Laws
You agree to use Just Engage AI in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR)
- State and federal do-not-call regulations
- CAN-SPAM Act (for email communications)
- Any insurance industry regulations applicable to your business
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all relevant laws.
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use Just Engage AI for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm individuals through our services
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt our systems
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Make false representations about your identity or affiliation
13. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Just Engage AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI technology, are owned by Just Engage AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
14. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
14.1 Service Availability
We strive for continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
14.2 No Guarantee of Results
While Just Engage AI is designed to improve lead conversion, we make no guarantees regarding the number of appointments booked, sales made, or revenue generated. Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control.
14.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Engage AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Just Engage AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14.4 "As Is" Basis
Just Engage AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Just Engage AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
16. Third-Party Services
Just Engage AI may integrate with third-party services (such as calendar systems, CRM platforms, or payment processors). We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
Continued use of Just Engage AI after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must cancel your subscription.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
18.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Just Engage AI shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Coral Gables, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
18.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
